Whilst preparing to submit a project planning application, would you like to exploit opportunities that may be otherwise unacceptable in challenging circumstances? Or maybe overcome fire related non-compliance issues with Building Regulations?

Perhaps, ideally, you’re simply looking to achieve some innovative Design Freedoms or Building Regulation trade-offs within your project? Subject to appropriate approval from the AHJ, Fire Engineering could be the answer.

Many design freedoms can be negotiated if supported by a Fire Engineered Strategy. Written to BS 9999, by one of our IFE qualified consultants, this strategy could be used when proposing a solution acceptable to the AHJ. Adima would then be happy to liaise with the relevant authorities on your behalf.

Where fire sprinkler systems are engineered into the project at design stage, the cost of the fire sprinklers may not only be offset by the design freedoms, but substantial savings in build costs may also be achievable.
