Adima have been extensively involved in a substantial number of new-build apartments: from large-scale, high-rise blocks of flats to state of the art deluxe multi-million pound penthouses of the highest specification.

We have also been involved in various high profile refurbishment projects, which posed some intriguing technical challenges for our Design Team and Fitters. Many of our long-standing customers approach us to ascertain the potential design freedoms and trade-off’s available to them.

In order to ‘value engineer’ a proposed project, our services are best utilised during the design stages whilst Building Regulations and/or Fire Service approval is still being sought. As a result, build costs are frequently reduced, whilst interesting and innovative design freedoms are achieved.
